White ECO sugar
Brown ECO sugar
Brown and white ECO sugars can be used interchangeably in any food application. Keep in mind that brown sugar adds a caramel-like flavour, while white sugar primarily contributes sweetness.
Whole brown ECO sugar: Contains vitamins, minerals and amino acids. Produced from the entire sugarcane plant. During extraction, 95% of the sugar is recovered and the remaining fibrous residue is separated as bagasse, which is later used as biofuel.
