Made from 100% organic ingredients, gluten-free and completely free from additives, ECO liquid sugar is a concentrated sucrose syrup that is ready to use in the manufacture of a wide range of food products – making production processes easier and more efficient.
The DECO version undergoes intensive filtration using food-grade activated carbon, removing all colouration. This product is especially recommended for any process that requires complete colour neutrality or where the natural colour of the syrup could interfere with other ingredients.
