WHAT IS DECOLOURISED LIQUID SUGAR?

Decolourised liquid sugar is a refined sucrose syrup that undergoes a purification process to remove impurities and natural colouring, resulting in a transparent, high-quality product. This type of liquid sugar is widely used in the food and beverage industry thanks to its ability to sweeten without affecting the colour or appearance of the final product.

ADVANTAGES OF USING DECOLOURISED SUGAR

  • Process efficiency. Its liquid state and high purity make it a ready-to-use product, eliminating the need for dissolving or filtering. This helps reduce processing times and optimise production.
  • Guaranteed quality. Thanks to strict purification and quality control processes, it ensures batch-to-batch consistency. Its transparency guarantees a flawless finish in food and drink applications.
  • Ease of use and storage. Being pre-dissolved, it allows for precise dosing and requires less storage  space, cutting logistical costs and reducing waste.
  • Versatility. Ideal for applications where appearance and quality are critical – such as soft drinks, confectionery or dairy products – without altering the final colour of the product.
