ECO inverted sugars

Made from 100% organic ingredients, gluten-free and completely free from additives, we offer several varieties of inverted sugar syrup:
Fully Inverted Sugar Syrup: A high-purity, high-concentration fructose–dextrose syrup. Produced from organic sugar through enzymatic hydrolysis, this syrup has exceptional sweetening power and a dark amber colour, similar to honey.
Fully Inverted Sugar Syrup – Deco: A high-purity, high-concentration fructose–dextrose syrup, also produced from organic sugar via enzymatic hydrolysis. It undergoes an intensive filtration process using food-grade activated carbon, resulting in a syrup with excellent sweetening properties and a colour that is almost as clear as water.
Partially Inverted Sugar Syrup: A high-purity, high-concentration fructose–dextrose–sucrose syrup. Produced from organic sugar through enzymatic hydrolysis, it has a light amber tone. Because it retains part of the original sucrose, it results in an even more stable syrup.
Partially Inverted Sugar Syrup – Deco: A high-purity, high-concentration fructose–dextrose–sucrose syrup. Produced from organic sugar via enzymatic hydrolysis, it then undergoes intensive filtration with food-grade activated carbon, resulting in a syrup that is almost as clear as water.
